Step 1: Quoting Process

  • Trip Questionnaire:

    Start by filling out our detailed trip questionnaire, designed to understand your preferences, interests, and budget.

  • Receive Quotes:

    Based on your responses, we will send you personalized travel quotes tailored to your needs.

  • Follow-Up Emails:

    After receiving your quote, you’ll receive a series of follow-up emails to remind you to review it and address any questions you might have.

  • Request a Call:

    You can request a call at any point to discuss the details of your quote and get further assistance.

Step 2: Booking Your Trip

  • Choosing Your Option:

    We’ll book your trip once you’ve selected the best travel option.

  • Admin Fee:

    All bookings include a $50 per person administration fee, which is due at the time of deposit. The $50 admin fee will be added to your booking.

  • Booking Confirmation:

    You will receive informative emails about your destination after booking.

Step 3: Payment Schedule

  • Monthly Payment Reminders:

    We will send you monthly payment reminders to make budgeting easier.

  • Final Payments:

    Final payments for land trips are typically due 45 days before departure. For cruises, final payments are due 60-90 days before departure, depending on the cruise line.

Step 4: Pre-Trip Preparation

  • Destination Information:

    Once you pay in full for your trip, you’ll receive a series of emails to help you prepare for your adventure.

  • What to Pack:

    Get expert tips on what to pack for your specific destination.

  • Excursions and Activities:

    Learn about exciting excursions and activities you can enjoy during your trip.
