RESERVATIONS: 

The INDIVIDUAL who is booking reservations on the behalf of a third-party, IS ultimately responsible. (Including Reservation Terms, Payment Terms, Cancellation Terms, No Shows Terms, etc.)

RESERVATIONS: 

ANY changes made to an existing travel reservation are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of change, if applicable.

INSURANCE CANCELLATIONS: 

All quotes generated by You Pack I Plan Travel include travel insurance. Any objections should be made in writing at the time of quoting by emailing travel@youpackiplan.com.

TRIP CANCELLATIONS: 

All cancellations must be done in writing by emailing travel@youpackiplan.com.

A portion of your payment after cancellation fees may be transferred to another trip booked with You Pack I Plan Travel, LLC or transferred to another client, if the request is received prior to the start of the trip.

ROOM CANCELLATION: 

Pertaining to the room portion of your trip; once your reservation is made a $75 nonrefundable admin fee will be assessed up until any additional resort penalties take effect.

AIRLINE CANCELLATIONS: 

If You Pack I Plan Travel booked your tickets, they are 100% non- refundable and subject to individual airline penalties and fees.

AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES and CANCELLATIONS: 

Occasionally airlines change flight schedules and may even cancel flights entirely. These changes are beyond You Pack I Plan Travel’s control. In the event that such a situation occurs; You Pack I Plan Travel will do it’s very best to assist you with finding the best possible alternate option(s). If the flight time change is minor (2 hours or less) the airline will automatically make the change (airline policies/rules entitle them to legally do so). You Pack I Plan Travel will notify you of major changes.

RECONFIRM YOUR FLIGHTS: 

You Pack I Plan Travel advises you to personally re-confirm your flight schedule within 24 hours prior to departure directly with the airline in case of any last-minute changes or delays. Most airlines allow you to check in online 24 hours prior to departure using the “Record Locator” (found in your You Pack I Plan Travel documents).

Please Note: there may be additional costs to re-book a new flight should the airline cancel or make a major change to your original flight itinerary. You Pack I Plan Travel is NOT responsible for any additional costs or fees imposed by the airlines. It is the responsibility of the passenger to check for last minute airline flight time changes within 24 hours of departure. You Pack I Plan Travel is not responsible for changes that may occur within 24 hours of original flight departure time.

PROPER DOCUMENTS: 

You Pack I Plan Travel is not responsible for lack of compliance to provide proper documentation to airport authorities. It is the responsibility of the traveler and the traveler’s parents/guardians to provide proper documentation to airport authorities.

AIRLINE CHECK IN: 

Please check in with your airline at the airport no later than two (2) hours prior to scheduled domestic flights and three (3) hours prior to scheduled international flights.

BAGGAGE FEES: 

Due to continual changes in airline baggage policies it is suggested that you inquire with your airline’s website for up-to-date fees and information. You Pack I Plan Travel is NOT responsible for additional fees incurred for baggage or seating. BAGGAGE FEES ARE NOT PART OF AN ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE! Please review “Updated Checked Bag and Carry On Bag Rules” at www.TSA.gov.

NOTICE FOR MEDIA CONSENT: 

During You Pack I Plan Travel’s trips and events, audio recordings and video recordings may occur and/or photographs may be taken. By entering into trips or events booked or hosted by You Pack I Plan Travel’s, you consent to such audio recordings, video recordings, and/or any photographs taken and its release for publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used ONLY for the purpose of You Pack I Plan’s business affairs and affiliations including promotional, advertising, and/or marketing.
