RESERVATIONS
The individual making a reservation on behalf of another party is ultimately responsible for that booking, including but not limited to payment terms, reservation changes, cancellation terms, and no-show policies.
Any changes made to an existing reservation are subject to current rates, promotions, and terms in effect at the time of the change.
TRIP CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENTS
All trip cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to travel@youpackiplan.com.
Payments and deposits for trips are governed by the specific terms listed on each event page. It is the traveler’s responsibility to review and understand these terms prior to booking.
All trips booked with You Pack I Plan Travel, LLC are non-transferable, meaning payments or credits may not be transferred to another client or trip unless explicitly stated on the event page.
ROOM CANCELLATIONS
For hotel or resort bookings, a $50 non-refundable administrative fee will apply once a reservation is made. Additional penalties may apply according to resort policies.
AIRLINE BOOKINGS
If You Pack I Plan Travel books your airline tickets, they are 100% non-refundable and subject to individual airline penalties and fees.
AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Airline schedule changes or cancellations are beyond our control. If your flight changes, You Pack I Plan Travel will assist in finding the best available alternatives.
Minor schedule changes (under 2 hours) may be made automatically by the airline.
Major changes will be communicated to the client.
You are advised to reconfirm your flight within 24 hours of departure directly with the airline. Failure to do so may result in missed flights or added rebooking fees, for which You Pack I Plan Travel is not responsible.
PROPER DOCUMENTATION
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documentation (passports, visas, etc.) is valid and compliant with airline and destination requirements. You Pack I Plan Travel is not liable for any disruptions due to improper or missing documentation.
AIRLINE CHECK-IN & BAGGAGE
Travelers should arrive at the airport:
2 hours before domestic flights
3 hours before international flights
Baggage fees vary by airline and are not included in all-inclusive packages. Please check directly with your airline or visit www.TSA.gov for updated baggage policies and fees.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
All quotes provided by You Pack I Plan Travel include travel insurance. If you wish to decline coverage, you must submit your request in writing at the time of quoting to travel@youpackiplan.com.

By booking a trip through You Pack I Plan Travel, LLC and selecting the opt-in checkbox on our website, you consent to receive text messages related to your trip—including payment reminders, itinerary updates, and important travel information.
Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
MEDIA CONSENT NOTICE
By participating in a trip or event hosted by You Pack I Plan Travel, LLC, you consent to the use of any photos, videos, or audio recordings captured during the event for promotional and business purposes only.
