Family and Friends James (Gill) and Terance (Tee) cordially invites you to attend the Soul Beach music Festival in Aruba during Memorial Day Weekend for our 50th Birthday Getaway!

Are you ready to immerse yourself in the rich rhythms and harmonies of the Aruba Soul Beach Music Festival, wrapped in the comfort and luxury that we provide?

From May 22nd to May 27th, 2025, we’re offering a unique six-night trip specially curated for you. Feel the rhythm of the music, the warmth of the sun, and the embrace of the turquoise sea in a place where you can truly relax, connect, and celebrate our birthday.

Imagine staying at the Riu Palace Antillas, a stunning 4.5-star, adults-only resort that’s the epitome of warmth and comfort. You won’t have to worry about a thing with their all-inclusive offering – feast on the finest foods, sip on sun-kissed cocktails, and enjoy numerous resort activities.

The festival will be filled with top music artist, and comedians offering two days of concerts and comedy shows. Aruba offers several beautiful beaches, water activities, shopping, casinos, and nightlife for your entertainment.

Our first evening kicks off with a meet -n-greet Cocktail Reception. Mix, mingle, and make connections with like-minded men and women in an atmosphere of celebration.

Throughout the week we will fellowship on the island where music meets luxury, laughter meets relaxation, and the beach meets your soul.  You will be able to relax under the stars and sip on tropical cocktails as the waves serenade you. Get-together for the soul beach day parties, partake in group excursions, and party the night away at various soul beach comedy and nightclubs.

Travel Protection Plus~ Travelers will receive the best pre-departure benefits in the industry that include our incredible Cancel For Any Reason† feature. Add Travel Protection Plus to any group reservation within 7 days of booking. Please note for Contracted Groups the Travel Protection Plus plan pricing is not guaranteed at the time of signed group contract. Each booking choosing to purchase Travel Protection Plus within a contracted group is subject to the rate available at the time the individual bookings are made.

All Travel Protection Plans include:

  • Cancel the vacation, for whatever reason, and you’re covered – Cancel for ANY reason. Plus, no change fees and a hurricane travel credit. Non-refundable hotel rates are not included.
  • Enhanced Missed Connection Benefit and Coverage – Up to $1,000 per person in reimbursement for flight cancellations and travel delays of 3+ hours on nonstop and connecting flights due to certain circumstances including inclement weather.
  • Worry less about travel mishaps – Up to $1,000 per person in catch-up expenses if the trip is delayed 6 hours or more. Trip Delay reimburses for expenses such as meals, lodging, and local transportation.
  • Wherever you are, Whenever you need it, We’re always here to help – 24/7 travel assistance, medical assistance, and emergency services.

Travel Protection Plus – Full Travel Credit – ($79.99 to $139.99* per adult) – this plan is for budget-conscious travelers. Same great Travel Protection Plus coverage, just a lower price point. Perfect for those travelers who know they will travel, but need some flexibility.  Client will recieve a credit in the amount of payments, minus the cost of the travel insurance.
